National Finance Limited, (formerly known as Self Employment Finance Limited) is a Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) incorporated in Bangladesh on 30 July, 2001 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1994.
The company provides financing for acquisition of capital machineries, equipment, vehicles, other industrial and commercial purposes, renovation or improvement of existing industrial and commercial units, term financing to companies, institutions and other corporate bodies and accepts deposit on various attractive schemes. The Company received its Certificate for Commencement of Business on 30 July, 2001 and its license on 17 June, 2002 as required under section 4(1) of the Financial Institution Act, 1993. On 28 January, 2009 the Company changed its corporate name to National Finance Limited.
Currently, the registered office of the Company is located at Confidence Center (Level-8) Kha-09, Pragati Sarani, Shahjadpur, Gulshan, Dhaka-1212.
