Evalona Limited, a real estate development company established in Bangladesh with a vision to develop tourism infrastructure throughout the country. At present Evalona invites local and NRB investors for its upcoming business venture Evalona Aquatica, a five-star hotel and water park project (franchise Intl. brand). The project is being implemented on 45 bighas of land adjacent to the sea at Kuakata, a rapidly growing tourist destination of the country. The project is being implemented on a 45 (forty-five) bighas of land adjacent to beribadh road with over 1200 feet facing towards beach. The project is designed to give complete entertainment for Its guests. Guests will enjoy various water rides including Lazy River, Wave Pool, water slides and the hotel offers facilities like Steam Bath, Sauna, gym, swimming pool, Bar-B-Q, Indoor Games, 3D Movie Theater, Training and Convention facility and helipads. One of the biggest attractions of the project is the country’s first giant Ferris wheel “KuaKata Eye”, which is about 300 feet in height. Riding on Kuakata Eye guests can observe the entire Kuakata, Bay of Bengal, and the Sundarbans.
